After viewing a video earlier today on YouTube, I was challenged with different thoughts between my religious belief and my political convictions. I know that the Church does not endorse any particular political group, nor can they "take your vote" and dictate who to vote for, but I'm not your everyday garden-variety-politics follower. I generally take my time when voting, filling in all the little groups and independants - particularly Communist and Socialist groups, not ordinary everyday democrats like the ALP (Labor Party) or the capitalistic Liberal Party... sometimes the most-far-left mainstream group, The Greens, but not often.
How does one live the life as a Catholic but also as a Socialist/Communist in the political ground? In the past - during Soviet Russia - many senior Catholic clerics have spoken of the "evils of Communism". People such as the great Bishop Fulton Sheen and others who are perhaps more well known, others less known.
The video I saw on YouTube today was about the destruction of the Catholic Church "from within" by a number of Satanic/Luciferian roots such as Kabbalah, Zionist, Communist and Freemason. Well generally you have the Capitalist and the Communist; Red and Blue; Player 1 and Player 2; good and evil. Every society Communism has existed in most cases, it has failed due to poor leadership and corrupt officials. If it had the chance to work, however, I see it taking over Capitalism pretty swiftly as there are far more "people" as opposed to "wealthy". Capitalism is all good; if you have money and you're a winner. If you're not one of those, then you're screwed and Capitalism will be rubbed in your face everyday...
Think back to the time of Jesus. They lived a pretty Communist lifestyle, right? What about the early Mormons? Or the Amish, who still exist today? Three perfect examples of Communism - so long as we don't falter from our belief in God, so long as we don't erase the image of God or instill an atheistic-dictator to lead us to the fire.
On the other side of the coin is that a New World Order is being forged - one world government, one world religion. In other words, Capitalism to put it bluntly. I hate Capitalism and the N.W.O concept... how, though, can a New World Order be forged by Communists, who, typically, in the past have been against Imperialistic, Monarchistic, Capitalistic things?
Does it mean one must support Capitalism and Democracy - with total, utter blind faith in it - so that this one world can be made? Does that then make you good or bad? On the one hand, you have helped move the progress along to make way for Jesus to come back and save our sorry arse - on the other hand, you helped the side of the anti-christ, though you were apparently none-the-wiser at the time... so does that make it right?
On the other hand, being a Socialist/Communist is to "apparently" be atheistic... I'm not though. I don't want Communism such as the Soviets, Poles or Chinese where religious freedom doesn't exist. I want Communism where we are equals, where the big guy is the same as the little guy, where people don't sit at the head of corporations making millions while his underdogs get sweet F.A and do all the work.
