Cyclone Yasi

Summer 2011, Queenslanders has seen absolute devestation with wide-spread flooding to 75% of the state, and now, midnight Queensland-time, the eye of the storm is passing the coast as Cyclone Yasi hits. This is a category 5 storm, the biggest and most powerful in Australia's history. Just as the majority of the state are cleaning up after floods, those in North Queensland are now facing yet another threat. The mass exodus of patients to Brisbane Hospital is the largest in Australia.

Those in Queensland, affected by floods, cyclone or both, my thoughts and prayers are with you.
